CDTM - A home for innovators

Technology Management

The add-on study program Technology Management prepares highly talented students for future leadership positions in society and industry.
Students are taught theoretical and methodological knowledge, soft skills, hands-on experience in trend research, product development, innovation and entrepreneurship. All courses are held in English.

Each semester about 25 students are accepted. Most of them study Business Administration, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, but CDTM accepts applicants from all study backgrounds.

Curriculum

Hands-on Experience

Throughout the program, students work in interdisciplinary teams on projects of high practical relevance. Team-based projects, lectures and workshops cover the latest trends in business and technology. Courses are supported by business partners from high-tech companies or consultancies, who pass on their knowledge and experience.

Studies abroad at renowned partner universities in Asia, Europe and North America or internships abroad are an integral part of the curriculum  emphasizing the high degree of internationality of the program.

Innovative Course Formats

CDTM builds on highly innovative courses, focusing on practical relevance and upcoming trends. Within their course projects, students benefit from a high coaching intensity by both center assistants and industry partners. The interdisciplinary and international background of the students is a key element to the CDTM experience and prepares them for their future professional careers.

In addition to the academic opportunities, students gain access to an active network of alumni, academics and professionals as well as a thriving community of highly motivated and talented students.
