Michael Schadhauser holds a diploma in physics from the Technische Universität München (TUM). Additionally he studied at the Bavarian EliteAcademy where he graduated in 2012.

Before attending university he gained relevant work experience at Osram GmbH, where he developed software tools for the intellectual properties department.

In parallel to his academic education, Michael Schadhauser participated in a number of projects. For example, he was a member of the jury in a nationwide start-up contest (Generation-D) and developed an award-winning resource-management system for the Bavarian Red Cross.

After his graduation he co-founded a company that provides an innovative and interactive approach to e-learning.

Michael Schadhauser joined the CDTM management team in 2012.
