What makes diverse teams smarter? Why does it matter to have women in tech positions? Join us and find out how Pinterest, a company with now over 1,100 people, embraces diversity (e.g. 30% of newly hired engineers being women) while other big tech companies struggle with it.

Another exciting event is coming up at CDTM with support of the U.S. Consulate General Munich. On Friday, November 17th at 18:45 we are happy to welcome Candice Morgan, Head of Diversity at Pinterest [*].

Candice leads the efforts to build a more inclusive and diverse Pinterest. Previously, Candice spent nearly 10 years at Catalyst based in New York and Zurich, where she built inclusive work cultures by designing and implementing strategic talent initiatives for global companies and firms across a range of industries including finance, consumer goods, technology, healthcare and more. Candice holds an MSc in cross-cultural psychology from Brunel University London and a BS in psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.

If you like to attend this event, please sign up via the Facebook event.
