Are you a female entrepreneur or scientist with a great new business idea in mind but unsure how to put it into practice? Or are you just missing the space to discuss your idea and the challenges that come along with it?

Together with our partner EIT Health, the CDTM is hosting the second module of the Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Health Innovation (WE Health) programme, from 3-5 June 2019 in Munich.

The module „Starting your Entrepreneurship Journey” provides you with the skills you need in order to convince others of your business idea.

The aim of this module is to address the entrepreneurial challenges of women striving to found their own healthcare venture. This module is designed for women scientists or entrepreneurs who have a business idea in mind or are already working on their own business idea in the field of healthcare. It will give you the chance to discuss your idea with like-minded female founders and coaches. While you create your own network and learn about young businesses in the healthcare domain, we will guide you through some key aspects of founding a venture – from validating your business idea, to pitching it to investors.

This module will train you in:

  • Validation of your business concept
  • The VC world and how to pitch
  • Leadership and team development in a startup

The training will take place from 3-5 June 2019, at the Technical University in Munich.
