Theresa Doppstadt

Tessa Doppstadt studied Economics & Management (M.A.) at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. During her studies, she was part of St. Andrews' Student Consultancy and completed internships at KPMG and within the hospitality sector.

After university, Tessa spent 4 years working as a Strategy Consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where she focused on projects within Consumer Goods and TMT with an emphasis on M&A. She spent 2,5 years in OC&C's London office to then support the opening of the new German office in Munich in 2018.

Tessa joined the CDTM Management Team in October 2019 and is responsible for MPD, the People Ops Taskforce and everything related to Recruitment. She is conducting her PhD at the Insititue for Innovation Management (IIM), LMU, with Prof. Jelena Spanjol and is researching in the field of responsible innovation for food systems.
