Entrepreneurship Laboratory (eLab) is a project-based course of twelve weeks. The student teams answer strategic business questions ranging from market entry strategy to a new pricing strategy for a SaaS product. As a project partner, this is your opportunity to receive innovative ideas and results tailored to your needs.

How eLab Works

  • To tackle your questions, a team of three to four young innovators from interdisciplinary backgrounds will tackle your business challenges one day full-time per week, ideally directly at your office
  • You can expect concrete recommendations regarding your strategic question, based on comprehensive and data-driven analyses
  • The scope, concrete questions and deliverables are defined on a case-by-case basis depending on your needs
  • Results are kept strictly confidential
  • During weekly skill building sessions and additional coaching, students are equipped with necessary knowledge and tools to work on the project
  • The student teams are guided by the course instructors and external coaches from top strategy consultancies like McKinsey & Company, the Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company

Testemonials

“The team developed an inspiring team spirit and organized themselves fully autonomously. They were quickly convinced from the project scope, worked extremely focused and integrated their thoughts and ideas. They developed an investor-proof business potential calculation and pitch presentation. We will use the results either for an internal project or a spin-off.”

Joachim Schonowski, Deutsche Telekom

“Working with eLab teams is an amazing experience – the students are analytically razor sharp and know how to surprise with creative and sophisticated business ideas.”

Lars Stäbe, McKinsey & Company
